Vinification:
It was carried out without innovations, by means of a traditional system, under strict temperature control and the aid of selected yeasts. A very slow fermentation process helped develop more complex and stable aromas and flavors.

Description:
Color: deep raspberry red and bright violets indicating its youth.
Aroma: intense, fruits, marmalades and mint intertwine with the distinctive perfume of black pepper.
